The Elicitus phone support service is available in the US under the following terms:

You can call us between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST on any business day.

Advanced and Premium Elicitus support customers get free calls as applicable.

The minimum call charge is $50. If the call exceeds 20 minutes, you will be charged $12.50 for every additional five minutes.

Should you require guidance from a senior technical officer; the phone meeting will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
